I applied online and i was selected for an online interview. I answered 10 pre-recorded questions trough hirevue. almost four months have passed and i havent received any answer. If anybody is (or was) in the same situation, please share it.

Describe a situation when a member of a team you were in charge did not contribute with the job.
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.

Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.
