Interview
The process was really smooth and interesting, My interview was for the Early Career Program at Baker Hughes. There were many rounds conducted in 2 days total.
When you first apply, you get a link for a computerized video interview in which there are 6 questions and you have to record your answers.
If you get selected in this round, you'll be invited for an interview.
Multiple activities on that day
1. Group Activity where you have to show your team skills and work on a problem.
2. "What would you do?" You'll be given a situation and options, you have to pick which one you'd do and why.
3. Technical Presentation where you have to present any personal project.
4. Technical round where you are given coding questions, questions on your project, etc.

6. Behaviour Interview 2
Basically, they test more than just technical skills.

I was asked to introduce myself. It was a group interview at first and 1:1 technical and behavior.
Virtual Interview consisting of 4 questions.
The format allows one minute to think about the question and four minutes to answer it with one recorded take. After a week I still have not heard back.

Interview
Recruiter contacted me on job board to apply to them. I applied, they sent back interview link. The interview was six questions using HireVue service. They then email three business days later saying "after careful consideration, we regret to inform you that you have not been selected for this position."
