Recruiter reached out to me. Had one brief introductory phone call with the recruiter. Then, moved on to round #2 and had one longer phone call with the hiring manager. Then, I was completely ghosted afterwards. No follow up to my "thank you" email nor any indication of if or how they would be moving forward with this position.
