If you pass the initial screening, you'll typically be invited to participate in a first-round interview. This could be conducted over the phone, via video conference, or in person. The purpose of this interview is usually to delve deeper into your background, skills, and experience, and to assess your fit for the role and the company culture.
Group Interviews: Depending on the role, there may be multiple rounds of interviews. These could include interviews with different members of the hiring team, such as managers, team members, or executives. Each round may focus on different aspects, such as technical skills, behavioral competencies, or cultural fit.
