Interview
Had an interview on campus first and got called back within a week to set up a site visit and interview. The interview was all day and ended with lunch. Everyone was really friendly and included a social the night before at a local restaurant. Got called the night of the interview and was offered a job.

Everything was behavioral, they really just wanted to get to know you.
The interview process was Smooth and Structured. There were only 2 rounds of interviews: in person interview and a networking event. The first interview was with a hiring manager and a hiring manager. The second round was with various partners and managers.

40' interview with the accounting manager and hiring manager in person at the office. Both person will ask on the same time. Overall just on behavourial questions, light on technical.

Interviewed by one partner that was very friendly, questions were average difficulty and they liked my employment history so was offered a position which I accepted. Would recommend as a great place to work with good work/life balance.
