Interview
I answered an ad in the local newspaper and filled out an application in their administration building. I was called on the phone within 2 weeks and talked with the Director of Human Resources. I believe an assistant was also present. It was a single interview lasting approximately 20 minutes. The Director was and is a very pleasant person.
