Two step process, one video call with the hiring manager, followed by a panel call. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and sharing my background. And I'm not shocked I didn't land the job; while I felt qualified, it would have been a step up in terms of responsibility and title, and if they found someone more senior, that makes sense!
What was a little more frustrating was finding out that I didn't get the job via seeing that someone had gotten hired on Linkedin. What ever happened to letting candidates know? Is hearing nothing for a month and then reading the tea leaves the new rejection email?
Wish this team the best of luck -- it seems they do good work -- but try to prioritize communicating with candidates, even if they're a backup option.

What metrics are most valuable in email marketing?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Balanced Health Botanicals (New York, NY)
Interview
You can tell the interviewers we’re somewhat new to their positions as it felt very juvenile and unprofessional. They took forever to follow up for a second interview and then hardly paid any attention, it turned out to be a big waste of time.
