The first interview I had was a Zoom interview. However, it ended up being a Face Time interview due to technical problems. The human resources director was very nice and went into great detail about the position. The only questions I was really asked were about my previous job and employer. No behavior type questions were asked for this interview. I was then sent a Criteria assessment to be completed online. It wasn't too difficult but I didn't finish everything due to time.
