Assessment centre style, consisting of 1-2-1 interview, group task and individual presentation. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the day and the employees running the day put the applicants at ease.

Kind of long, around 50 mins, first half was them talking about the company and then the other would be about you. We discussed about my motivations and experience and then other stuff that was written in my CV so it's best to know what you have included in that CV. Very approachable and open minded people to have a talk with, certainly helped create a positive mood during the whole interview which was nice.
