Interview
I met with an estimator and cost planner. We discuss the following: Preparing cost estimates, evaluating risk and opportunity, preparing bills of quantities, procuring sub contractor quotations. I would say that it was a very standard interview process.
The interview process is detailed and down to earth. Multiple interview rounds with the people/team that you would actually work with. Because I was out of state, i had two virtual interviews and one in person interview. I liked that it was interviews with the individuals i would eventually work with.
