It was 3 interviews. The first 2 were virtual with a recruiter and the third was in site. I would say this is a typical process for construction management. Everyone was friendly and Inenhoyed meeting them.

My process was very quick from the moment we met to the time I got my offer. We met at a local college career fair where they told me they were only looking for interns but I still gave them my resume. A week later I get a call to interview which lasts 30 minutes and receive an offer a few days later.
