I was interviewed between Nov-Dec 23. The entire interview process was around 3 rounds and can take more than 1.5 months from positive feedback after applying for the job on their site. Their interview pipeline for me looked like this: Interview with the Hiring Manager, 1 Hour Coding Test on coding platform(codility) consists of 1 C++ problem to solve, Onsite interview where they'll check complete vibe and mindset compatibility. I couldn't go beyond their mindset check, as they were looking for some experienced engineer who is senior but can collaborate easily in a flat hierarchy. The coding test has nothing to do with what they do internally.
