Interview
I think this company is not serious about hiring. Their "interview" process was very bizarre, and a complete waste of my time. I applied online through Linkedin, and was invited straight away for an interview with the Hiring Manager. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. The people were nice, we made small talk for a couple of minutes but then we spent 20 minutes talking about the company and the role. I had to steer the conversion onto me as there was only 10 mins left. There was only enough time to ask a couple of questions about me as they had a hard cut off. I fail to see how they could have made any serious judgement on my technical ability after 2 questions but the interview ended and I was was ghosted after that. If they can determine i am not a fit after only 2 questions, then they could have done this by looking at my CV. I would not recommend applying for this company, I think they are not serious about hiring and they are likely to waste your time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bally's Interactive (Msida) in Aug 2022
Interview
I had a first interview with the recruiter, then they moved me to the next round to the technical part where we discussed about nifi, schema registry and Kafka, another round with same people plus the had with the same questions totally unnecessary.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bally's Interactive in July 2022
Interview
Poor experience. Felt really disrespected. Non-competitive salary despite outlining expectations at the beginning. Weird experience overall, recruiter was great but upper management seemed to be on a different page. Don't waste your time.

* DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY *
Applied directly from LinkedIn and recruiter reached out for initial discussion and also setup a call with one of the hiring manager.
Technical round 1 - Had a discussion with hiring manager regarding tech stack used and basic technical questions around sql joins.
Recruiter ghosted for a month and so and then Received an update from recruiter that I have been recommended for next programming task and received a link with datasets and questions. I completed the task within 1 week and sent it to the recruiter.
Never heard back from them even after multiple follow ups. Company and recruiters need to understand that programming tasks and interviewing in general take a lot of time and efforts and ghosting candidates isn’t gonna take them anywhere.
