Interview
Phone interviews and testing. The interview process was challenging however, the BallywhoSocial team made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and asked pertinent questions. The phone interview set ups worked with my schedule and were on time. It took approximately a week followed by a few writing tests to test my writing abilities. I found my interview process valuable to my professional experience and would encourage others to interview with BallywhoSocial.

The process was pretty straight forward. I applied online through an ad I saw on Craigslist, and within a few days I received an email for a phone interview. After the interview, I received a writing sample to complete which consisted of a grammar/mechanics evaluation and creating sample social media posts.
