Stared with a background/history presentation on BIC in case you didn't do your research. Group interviewed each other and had to "sell" the person you interviewed for the job position. Rank a list of job competencies from what you think is the most important to the least and explain why you rated in that order. Finally, pretend you are meeting a stranger in an elevator and you are trying to sell/recruit them to come to BIC. This was such a fun interview process!
