      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Bamboo in Apr 2021

      Interview

This is the best virtual interview experience I have ever had. Hannah worked with me from Day 1 and was super responsive every step of the way in terms of expectations and timeline. Bamboo gives very quick decisions for each round.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bamboo (Seattle, WA)

      Interview

Conversational style interview with a mix of questions to challenge one’s abilities which gave me a better look into the interviewers as well. Appropriate amount of time to evaluate one’s skills without being lengthy which is appreciated as some interview processes tend to waste everyone’s time.

      Growth Marketing Manager Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bamboo in Feb 2024

      Interview

TLDR: Lots of time spent and I never actually spoke to someone from the marketing department, which is wild considering their requests (detailed below). Applied, heard back from the recruiter the same day and scheduled a call the next day. 1st - Spoke with a recruiter who let me know I was too senior for the associate role I applied for and that I'd be better for manager I agreed. *2 weeks later received a generic rejection email* Another 2 weeks later the recruiter followed up with me to say the manager role I'd be a good fit for was hiring and if I was interested I should submit the assignment sent at EOD Thursday, by 9am Monday. (assignment was to create a sample campaign performance report on 322 rows of client metrics & to send brief creative strategy for another campaign) After creating and sending over a 20-slide campaign report deck on their clients metrics *received a generic rejection email 2 days later* I've landed at a larger tech company in-house, but as a growth marketing manager w/ over 5 years of experience, I would never ask a candidate for such in-depth work (client campaign report) without sending either feedback or setting aside even 30 minutes to speak with them & review the work I requested. This experience raises concerns about the company's interview process and aligns with other reviews I've read.

      Question 1

It's time for weekly reporting to our clients. You've exported a raw data dump from the Meta Ads Interface and now you must make it presentable for the weekly check-in, Please create slides that display your responses to each question in the form of a presentation for the client....
