I applied in August 2024. I had a phone screening with their recruiter two weeks later. I had two video call interviews within the next week. The conversations in all three of the interactions were positive, fun, and interesting. A week after the last interview I was asked to provide four professional references and was told that the people I had interviewed with "loved talking to me". I believe they reached out to every single one of the references I provided. Almost three weeks later with no contact from them, I reached out on an updated on the status of my application and one day later I received a rejection email. I asked two follow-up questions to better understand how I could improve and a month later I still haven't received a response. I am disappointed because I have heard good things about working at this company, but this whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth. My hopes were really high from how everything went and I received no answers.
