Banc of California Policy & Procedures Writer interview questions

I submitted my application through a posting on LinkedIn. The following week I received a phone call and went through a short interview. I was asked to come in the week after that for a face-to-face interview with the department head, and shortly after met with the recruiter to provide feedback on the interview. I received a phone call and email two weeks later to inform me that I would not be getting an offer (they were not required to do this and I was very appreciative of the fact that they did). I've gone through several interviews this year and must say that this, by far, was my best interview experience. Everyone I came in contact with during this process was kind, polite, professional and courteous and this speaks volumes about the caliber of Banc of California (I could only imagine what it would have been like to work for them!). I highly recommend applying for this company for anyone that is interested.
