The hiring process was smooth, there are many applicants. Exam first and then initial interview, if you pass those they will give a pre employment paper to fill up and then they will brief regarding the salary and benefits (the benefits are the best) and then they will pay for your medical. I'm so excited to work since I'm a fresh grad. Gladly I start with one of the largest bank in the Philippines. May God guide me.
So far, I've only went through with the initial interview. It was very casual; I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by a really kind HR officer—I didn't feel even a little pressure, nor did it feel intimidating. It was more of getting to know me on a surface level.

Interview
HR interview was done via phone call. Interviewer will ask personal questions, educational background, relevant experience, including family background. Next is the interview with the Branch Head and Service Officer at the specific branch. Then, Interview with the Area Head will be scheduled via google meet. You will be interviewed with other applicants but will be admitted at the video conference one by one. After that Job Offer will follow with the HR then compliance with the Pre-Employment Requirements.
