Exam was relatively easy with logical and reasoning parts. The interview on the other hand was a breeze. The interviewer asked only basic questions, which could have been done over the phone. This is very frustrating as the waiting time can be so long too.

There was an assessment and HR interview. The interview was completely unnecessary and very quick. They only asked things that were already written on your resume and application, such as degree, address, family background, date you can start working, etc. HR was inefficient. We had to wait 4 hours for a 15 minute interview.
