Banco de Chile interview questions

Terrible experience, to be honest. I live in a different region far away from Santiago, and yet they made me attend in person for something that could had be done perfectly well on line. At the interview they made two groups with the applicants to work together on an architecture based assignment, meaning there was no way to tell the difference in skills within developers from the same group. I never knew anything from them eversince despite the HR woman saying every applicant would know what when wrong with them if that was the case.
