Good interviewing set of resources and challenging role. Talked with several managers and the branch manager to confirm that I was a fit. Presented role and salary options. Nice location and great work ethic by all involved with this company in 1998. Great career growth opportunities and a chance to work with a driven group of people.

Interview
Two days process, interviewing with a variety of groups and individuals. They picked me up at the airport in a limo. Put me up in a nice hotel. We ate great meals. I met with over a dozen potential co-workers and was given a great your of the city.

Interview
Initially heard from an HR representative in the HQ office of Chicago. We setup an interview with the hiring manager. That interview took place a few days later with the hiring manager and the senior front end developer. We talked about my previous experience and the overall lifestyle of working at the company.
Another interview was arranged with the president of the office. This took place a few days later. We discussed my previous experience and my long term career intentions and how their company fits in to that plan.
