Bandalier interview questions

The process was great I thought at first. Got a screening call, then had another interview where I got to role play a sales call and for some reason, a customer service representative (even though this isn’t what I applied for). What didn’t make any sense to me was I was told I did well on the BDR portion (the job I applied for) but I didn’t do as well on the CS part. Let people w for the position they want to work on, I applied for BDR and I want to be in sales. I would have applied for a CS job if I wanted to do that.
