Skype (would usually be phone) leading to Face to Face- pending the interview process as business consultant, I was required to provide a 6-12 month business plan. This detailed my plan, pipeline, industry, value and revenue targets. Providing this document helped structure my day to day, weekly, monthly and soon to be yearly plan, monitoring and helping me achieve my target. It was a very, direct and efficient process
