I applied online. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital
Interview
I began an online application and was contacted by the recruiter before I had even submitted it. I was a little unnerved that they were looking at the incomplete application, and I was not fully ready when they called; however not wanting to lose the opportunity I agreed to proceed with the interview process.
I first had a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter, who asked basic screening questions about veterinary medicine and my skills. Afterwards, I was contacted by the regional manager and had another 20 minute phone conversation about my preferences and somewhat about my skills. He/she then indicated I would be scheduled for observation time at some clinics.
I observed for approximately half a day each at various clinics.
I received no further communication until two weeks later I received an email stating that they wanted to pursue other candidates.

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
