Interview
i was contacted a few days after I submitted my application, they wanted to do a phone interview right then, but unfortunately I wasn't in a position to do so and we were able to reschedule it for the next day. The phone interview covered the usual bases: pay, availability, how I heard about the job, as well as why I wanted to work there, if I had ever worked for Mars/Petsmart before, and if I had been contacted by another Banfield (I had multiple CSC applications out.) The phone interview went well and we scheduled an in person interview for a few days later.
I prepared by reading a lot of the reviews here. I arrived about 10 minutes early and interacted with some of the waiting clients and their pets. The interview was pretty straight forward, we talked about my career goals and where I wanted to go within the company and how that would be possible, and they asked a lot of behavioral questions. It worked out pretty well, while I don't have a lot of veterinary experience I do have a lot of customer service experience and the questions were relatively easy to answer using that experience. At the end of the interview I was scheduled to come back the next day for an observational interview. I spent an hour with one of my interviewers at the front desk. I interacted with potential coworkers and clients as much as possible. I also made sure to ask my interviewer as many questions as I could to show I was engaged.
Two days after my observational interview I got a call to tell me that I had gotten the job and asking if I was willing to accept their offer. We set up a date and time to come in and fill out all of my onboarding paperwork and set up my first week's schedule. They had already ordered my name tag before I came in for my paperwork, while I was there were ordered my scrubs, and I was introduced to everyone during the team huddle.

Interview
1 in person interview with the practice manager. A few questions about past work experience, knowledge of veterinary field, and what I was looking for in a company. The practice manager explained the company and went over what the training for the position consisted of.
The interview was conducted over video with the lead and manager. It was a very standard interview process with them asking questions about your relevant experience, situational questions, career goals, among others.
