Relatively easy. I sat down one on one with the practice manager and answered a few questions about my qualifications. The practice manager was nice and gave me an idea of what I was to be doing as a VA. I was given the job the same day and was able to start the next couple of weeks after I submitted all of my documentation for drug testing etc

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
