Very basic interview. First the manager called me and asked me some general questions. After that she asked me to come in to see the practice and meet everyone. When I came in we just chatted and she told me about the company and asked me about myself in a very informal way. Showed me everything and asked me to stick around to observe for half an hour. It was very relaxed and friendly. I wish all interviews were this easy!
