The interview was what I expected. Its your typical screening interview. About 45 minutes long. They begin by telling you about the company. Then they ask you about your resume/previous experience with Banfield. And then they ask you 5 or 6 questions. Some were behavioral/situational questions like : Tell me about a situation when... They asked me about a situation where you were working in a group and your opinion wasn't respected and what you did.

Schedule felexibility, how many days i am willing towork, compenstation negootiataions
Generic recruiter questions from someone without experience in the field. Felt like they were being read out of a book and the interviewer wasn't really listening to my answers. I don't think they really care - they'll hire anyone they can get as long as you aren't a criminal or completely crazy.
