Very standard procedure to recruited employee and HR is very good to justify correct candidate for their employment. they take written and verbal both interview and in written passed candidate gets chance to second phase of interview. After verbal interview they take more than 15-30 days to confirms the candidate.

Interview
They will call you based on the quality of application. If they find you fit for the organization, they will call you to appear the test. At you have to appear the written test, if you pass, they will call you for an interview which takes more than one hour. after the interview takes place, they will give you the feedback.
