It kicked off with a competitive initial resume screening followed by a fast-paced, gamified online cognitive assessment. After passing the gamified round, I navigated an automated digital video interview and a highly collaborative Virtual Assessment Center, where my team tackled a complex business case study under tight deadlines. The journey culminated in a formal panel interview with senior executives and HR leaders, where I was able to showcase my academic foundation, analytical skills, and long-term passion for driving digital and strategic growth within the bank.
It was a panel interview with 2-3 seniors, questions were asked about OOP, indexing in db and concepts that revolve around db. They also asked if I could learn .NET and can work with legacy softwares. They were chill and relaxed.
