There were 5 members with one lady members, the questions asked were of basic nature mainly from banking industry like what is crr , slr repo rate , what is lead banking scheme and the importance of RRBs in financial inclusion among others.

interview through IBPS after going through pre and mains of IBPS PO Exam which is held every once a year. Selection depends on the total marks of written(Mains) and Interview. There is a cut-off for each category.
