The interview was conducted pretty quickly. 1st round is with the Team Head and the 2nd round is with the Head of Department. After 2 rounds of interview, HR will then inform you whether or not you’re shortlisted.

hr interview > written test> interview with hiring manager > another interview with HOD from china. i feel like the hr are just getting the candidate to fulfill the quota for interview.
phone interview invite from HR. first ask to introduce yourself, then asked about recent job resume, what's the daily activities and responsibilities and then asked about salary expectation, and if it's within my consideration range.
