Two rounds of structural interview, one written interview. Questions are asked base on your CV. Will also ask something such as your hobby, your opinion on Web3 etc. not too difficult as long as you are familiar to your CV and banking industry

Applied online. First round: 5-6 ppl in the zoom meeting; Interviewers asked questions and everyone need to answer one by one. It was chaotic and funny. Everyone wants to speak which resulted in everyone scrambling to talk......like a quiz. Second round: written test; 1 hour, 3 questions, including ESG, fintech, HK economy, and GBA. In English and Chinese. Third round: 6 ppl group interview, talking about one M&A deal, then present to Heads. Heads asked other questions. They did not behave very seriously (can even say unprofessional), chitchatting and lauding while candidates were answering questions. I did not like it. Final round: casual talk for 10-25 minutes. I heard that some ppl did not follow the process like mine and went directly to the third round.
