CV and cover letter, online tests, recorded interview. For the recorded interview the questions were sent in advance. Can't share those but they were basic questions about yourself, interest in the position etc.
1. Online Application 2. Online assessment 3. On demand video interview 4. Assessment center The process lasted for about 4 months before doing the assessment centre. Feedback after the assessment centre takes a while.
