Graduate programme, intense, but it seemed like a fair process to find the best talent. The assessors were really cool & the process was quite smooth as a whole. Intense graduate programme, but a fair process to find top talent. Assessors were supportive, and the overall experience was smooth.
It is small groups of people to get into final. They divided into two small groups. And the group discussion first, role play , and individual interviews. They provided sandwiches lunch, during the lunch some people already worked there come to talk. You can ask them questions

Interview
The process was relatively smooth on the whole. Although the HR team did not provide any alternate interview times, which was very inconvenient and I considered not taking part of the process as a result.
