1) Assessments (much more difficult than first year but you can prepare for them). They provide all the preparation materials. As long as you prepare enough, this should be fine. 2) Video interview (questions outlined below). I didn't find this as weird as most people have said as you get recordings of people asking the questions. Once again, if you prepare enough, you can get a good idea of the questions they will ask.
