I interviewed for a position at Banner Bank and found the process thorough and professional. After applying online, I went through an initial phone screening where I was asked behavioral and industry-specific questions. There was also a personality assessment that tested financial knowledge and customer service. Awaiting next steps, but so far, it was a positive experience, with a good balance of technical and cultural evaluation.
