Banner Health CyberSecurity Engineer interview questions

I applied online and received an email invite less than two weeks later. Arranged a phone call with a recruiter to discuss general skills. Scheduled a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. He discussed the organization and situation, then asked behavioral questions, nothing technical. I felt the interview went well. I was told the next step was filling out a form and getting it to HR, I should hear something "mid next week". Weeks, then months passed. They completely ghosted me. I felt disrespected.
