3 Interviews including the one with initial recruiter, second was with hiring manager and supporting product owner, 3rd interview was with two additional BAs no management. Cameras on. Entire process took about 3 weeks in total with one interview a week.

Interview 1: Recruiter, going over resume, employment, salary negotiation
Interview 2: Tell me about a time questions, If i ask you to make me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, what is your first question
Interview 3 Final Round: Team vibe check, more questions with BAs about business analyst roles, stakeholder requirements, and how to prioritize them, how to write user stories, how do you measure your success etc.
