fairly easy - done via phone due to covid - recruiters work from home - 2 step process - all questions were STARS where you had to explain the issue - what you did to correct (resolution) and the after effects of your actions

Tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
There was none as they deny you at midnight with a generic email. Or should I say their automated program. Not willing to train just like all other companies. Wonder how college graduates are supposed to get experience if no one offers it.
