Got an email from Quantum (hiring agency) that they were looking for around 20-30 people to work on a special project. Was then invited for an interview at Quantum. After, I was invited for an interview at B2B Bank. The interview there was quite fast. I did some test on the computer then met the Hiring Manager. She asked me a couple of questions. And then I got a call from Quantum that I was offered the job.

get called and interviewed after applied for senior administration officer position for a couple of weeks, relatively easy interview, some writing assessment took half hour, and interviewed for three or more questions and get the offer after two weeks.
hired through agency. the typical behavioural questions. Nothing too technical. Show you are interested in the job. They understand you do not have job experience as a result they are looking for someone who is interested in learning.
