Baptist Health (Florida) interview questions

Very thorough and efficient, overall positive experience. Units at hiring day were very friendly and welcoming throughout the interview. I would recommend interviewing here if you are looking for a positive first experience for your first registered nurse job interview out of school, and see all that Baptist has to offer as a New Grad Nurse.

One initial Phone screen with a recruiter, a zoom call with HR Manager then the next call was with the HR Manager from another location with the HR Director. Once they made their decision I was contacted immediately. Very easy process and very communicative.
