They ask a few questions but if your black and don’t speak Spanish your chances are slim and they will ghost you it’s happen to me twice and it’s different recruiters

Name a challenge you faced in the healthcare environment
Standard process and questions. Phone interview with hiring manager followed by a panel interview with some of the staff. Panel interview was through zoom for me. Took 2 weeks to set up and complete both interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baptist Health South Florida
Interview
Screening phone interview with a recruiter, then a panel zoom interview with my manager and three or four other staff members/managers. Final interview was informal conversation with a doctor. Everyone was friendly.
