I found my interview with bar145 to be inconvenient and unprofessional. First I had to drive from Fort Wayne to Ohio for the interview on my own dime, for a Fort Wayne job. Then I was asked inappropriate questions during my interview. I couldn't believe the questions they were asking.

Who is going to take care of your children while you are working long hours?
How do you feel you would handle being a woman in charge of men that could possibly be older than you? What if the man has been in the business longer than you and doesn't feel he should have to listen to you, how would you handle that?
