The CEO Lee Little does all of the interviewing and hiring, and could probably best be described as "over the top." I applied online and heard back the next day, with Mr. Little requesting to speak with me over the phone. The phone interview was essentially him talking about his ideas and why he is so great. After the phone interview, he makes you take a "Wonderlic" test, which consists of a bunch of easy grammar and math questions. If you "pass" this, he brings you in for an in-person interview, where he focuses on the most irrelevant details (such as why I didn't have minimum wage jobs from high school listed on my resume) and then will randomly drop "questions" such as "Fix my company." I never heard back after the in person interview, but Mr. Little seemed to have no idea what content creation actually is, which is pretty detriment considering he was searching for a content editor.
