Barclay Pearce Capital interview questions

Friendly but unprofessional. Called after business hours and basically interviewed on the spot. Scheduled in-person interview for the following morning, just expecting me to be available. Instructed overnight task completion, and expected an immediate start if I were successful. They were running late to the interview, then someone else arrived mid-interview. This person took a call while I was in the middle of answering a question. They called immediately after the interview to ask another question. Didn’t inform me of rejection until the proposed start date.
