Interview
Before the interview process began, I had conveyed my expectations regarding the CTC to the HR, which they were okay with. Once the 3 rounds of interview (technical, managerial and values) were over, they went back on what we had agreed to, and offered me a much lower salary. Almost 30% lower than what my expectations were.
The HR is completely unprofessional and likes to play hard-ball.
