Interview with Barclays people (two), one was head, another was senior specialist (40 to 60 minutes) 4. Call from Barclays and very technical interview (a few minutes) 5. Call from Barclays with sallary offer. 1.1 Test to show skills with two parts: 1) system 2) network related 3.1 A little bit technical questions, but almost all questions about strategy and planning in enterprises. 4.1 More advanced questions than in test, related to the job.
