Very long-winded. The process uses team members as the first initial panel before eventually have interviews with 2 managers. The background search process also uses a third party company and it took 10 weeks to go through everything.

Interview
Had a phone interview first with the recruiter, a few days later came on site for a face to face interview had to do a business presentation and then a fun presentation. Then it was a panel interview between different parts of the company.
